If you go to this site you can find out the tide for the next 7 days. The times are based on the tide at Boscastle which is about 2 or 3 miles up the coast so the times are similar.

To get the most out of your time at Trabarwith Strand you want to come on a low tide as this means there will be beach. You also want to consider the height of the tide - the lower the height the bigger the beach will be at low tide. This also means the beach will be there longer.
